When is the season start and end date?
Information regarding the start and end dates for the season can be found on the Registration Info > Available Programs portion of the website. Each program could have a different start and end date so be sure to look under the applicable program.
See Program Details Here >>When are practices?
Practice days and times are determined by the coach. Typically teams will have 2 one hour practices per week which may start anywhere between 4 and 5 pm, but again ultimately this will be the coach's decision.
For the (U3-U5) practices will be held 2 times per week for one hour. One practice will be on Tuesday at 5 pm and another one on Saturday 9 am.
When will the game schedule be posted?
After registration closes for a program and the teams are formed the game schedule will be posted. Typically this will be about one week before the first game. Games will be scheduled to be played on Saturdays and if necessary Sundays.
Are siblings placed on the same team?
Siblings in the same age/gender division will be assigned to the same team. Note that our registration is structured so that every birth year has its own division. Depending on the number of total registrations we may combine divisions, both by age, gender and sometimes both. For example, U11 and U12 could be combined to be just U12. Also, depending on registration numbers we might create coed teams which makes it easier to have siblings on the same team. One last avenue to consider for siblings is for a younger sibling to “play up” one division. Players can "play up" only one age division. For example, a U10 player could play on the U11 team (or U12 if divisions are combined). Playing up a division needs to be considered carefully as the physicality of the game increases significantly as one moves up in divisions. The decision to "play up" will be evaluated by the club on a case-by-case basis.
Overall we will do our best to place siblings together to help alleviate the coordination of practices and games as much as possible.
